In 1631 King Gustav II Adolf of Sweden, sovereign of most of Scandinavia and much of the Baltic, entered Northern Europe in what would eventually be the salvation of the Protestant forces being pushed back by the Catholic Reconquest of continental Europe. Like King Gustav, I am a student. I suppose that made little sense, but it always seemed to me that blogs themselves never made much in the way of sense either. Nevertheless, in the spirit of sharing stories with family and distant friends, to be able to arms-thrashing-wildly rant on end when no one else will listen, and so as to serve as a store place of the memories I all too quickly forget the very next day I will periodically post thoughts, stories, pictures and curse words for all to see.
The king is dead. Long live the king!
